System Requirements for Eye Linked Wire Belt
Catenary Sag: Ensure a catenary sag over the rollers for optimal performance.
Drum and Roller Alignment: The drive and return drum should be 0.08" (2 mm) higher than the support strips, and all drums and rollers must be parallel.
Support Bed Positioning: The support bed must be horizontal for correct belt tracking.
Belt Speed Limitation: The maximum recommended belt speed is 60 ft/min (20 m/min), varying with belt width, load, and system layout.
