ASTM A479 Type 32 wire mesh is more dimensionally stable than 304 mesh in dryers.
Material and Benefits
ASTM A479 Type 32 Stainless Steel Dryer Mesh is produced from cold-drawn stainless steel wire conforming to ASTM A479 standards for rods and wire. "Type 32" generally refers to stainless steel 321 stabilized with titanium, chosen for its high-temperature performance. This dryer screen mesh provides high tensile strength, thermal fatigue resistance, and a long service life at high temperatures.
